WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE HILLSIDE K-4 FALL 2024 ASEP LINEUP

 FALL SESSION will run September 30 through December 18th 

 

 

 

HES ASEP Program Details: The Closter PTO is excited to offer a 10-11 week after school enrichment program at Hillside Elementary School. We offer a Fall, Winter and Spring program each year.

 

Who is Eligible: Kindergarten through fourth grade Hillside students can choose from a variety of fun, engaging, hands on programs

 

What Programs We Offer: We utilize our talented Hillside teachers as well as reputable local vendors such as Tiger Kim, HealthBarn USA, STEM to Go, and Hobby Quest to name just a few.

 

Where: Children will walk from their classroom directly to the gym where paras will have them lined up by their ASEP class. Kindergarten students will be escorted to the gym by a para.

 

When:  SEPT 30 - DEC 18 2024

Registration starts 9/8 at 11:00am thru 9/12

ASEP Class Descriptions

Please Note: 

You MUST be a current Closter PTO member to participate in HES ASEP
Please review ALL guidelines prior to registration

NOTE: If you sign up for a class and do not have PTO membership for 2024-2025 your registration will be void.

 

REFUNDS/CLASS CANCELLATION:

  • Refunds will only be given as a result of insufficient or wrong grade enrollment. There is  a 30 days processing period for the Closter PTO/Treasurers to issue the refund.
  • Please have your child choose his/her classes carefully. There will be NO refunds for cancellation due to any personal schedule change. And NO switching classes will be allowed.

 

CHARGEBACK POLICY:

If the Closter PTO will receive, for any reason, a dispute, claim and/or chargeback from your credit card issuer or any other payment method you use, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to suspend your account, thereby preventing any future transactions.

In the event of a chargeback placed by you with your credit card company (done intentionally or by mistake), we reserve the right to block your account.  If there is no lawful reason for the chargeback (e.g. no legal right to a refund), your account will remain suspended, and no transactions will/can be processed through Membership Toolkit. 

In the event your account is suspended, you will receive an email explaining the suspension.
