Jeanette Lee first got involved with the PTO by volunteering for lunch and the many programs the PTO runs. She enjoys serving the school community and meeting all the wonderful parents here in Closter. She has 2 children in Tenakill and 1 in Hillside. She is excited to start another great year at Closter Schools!
CO -VP Communication & Social Media - Bruna Spoto
Hello, I'm Bruna! I moved to Closter with my husband and two kids in 2021. My son is in 3rd grade, and my daughter is in Kindergarten. As a dedicated parent, I believe in the power of community involvement to create a positive and enriching school environment. I began volunteering for the PTO in 2021 and joined the board in 2022. I am excited to begin my third term as Co-VP of communications and look forward to contributing my skills to support our students, teachers, and parents. Outside of my PTO involvement and my full-time job in finance, I also run my own small business creating personalized gifts. I enjoy watching movies, baking, charcuterie boards, and spending time with my family. Looking forward to another amazing school year!

My name is Hagit and I have 3 boys, the youngest is in Tenakill Middle School. I was always involved in my kids education and wanted to do more and be a part of the Closter community. I believe that the PTO plays an important role in supporting our schools, and each and everyone of us can be a part of it.

Hi my name is Liz Fanelli, and I am a mom to three boys, one in 7th and one in 5th grade at Tenakill and one who will begin at Hillside in 2024. I began working with the PTO in 2016 when my oldest was in kindergarten as a lunch volunteer. Working with the lunch program was a wonderful way to get involved with the PTO and meet school staff and members of the administration. I joined the PTO as a Board member in 2019 as a Co-VP of student activities and am now in my second term as the Co-VP of Hospitality and Head Class Parent. I am am proud serve our students, their families and our schools as a member of the PTO!
Co-VP Lunch- Monica Jethani
I’m a proud, dedicated and sleep-deprived mom of three young children who remind me daily of the precious joys of parenthood and also the inevitable challenges. While I value all the resources our schools offer, I do believe it's the communal experiences, shared respect and unwavering commitment to our children's growth that truly make this community special. I have been a volunteer with the Closter PTO since 2018 and I am honored to continue to serve our school community as a PTO Board Member. As an Immigration Attorney by profession, it is my life’s work and privilege to advocate for diverse voices. Now it is also my passion to foster that same inclusivity within our school community. I'm eager to contribute both my professional perspective and personal dedication to our PTO and embrace the opportunity to join hands to foster a nurturing and vibrant environment for all of our students and families.

Hi! My name is Erica Grindley and I am a SAHM of twin 10 year olds entering 6th grade this fall. I am happy to be a member of the Closter PTO and am the current Secretary for the board.
VP Student Activities- Keren Raviv
My name is Keren, and our family moved from Cresskill to Closter in 2022. I have two kids, a boy and a girl, both attending Tenakill this year.
Involvement in the PTO has always been important to me, and I have participated in activities since my kids started kindergarten.
I have a full-time job as a clinical research associate, and I enjoy working from home, as well as traveling occasionally

Co-Treasurer - Libby Choron
Libby Choron has been a CLO PTO board member since September 2020. She served as a CO-VP Lunch in the past three years and is now serving as a PTO treasurer. Libby has three children, with the oldest starting TMS and two younger children in HES. In her professional life, Libby is an acupuncturist. Libby is very dedicated to her family, to the Closter community, and to her full-time job.
