PTO Programs and Code of Conduct
The Closter PTO does not offer refunds for any of its class offerings. We rely on the enrollment and tuition of each child to run these classes and pay the instructors. Please be sure to check your schedule before registering for any classes. The only exception to this policy is if the PTO cancels the class due to low enrollment. In this case, the tuition will be refunded to your credit card minus processing fees.
Program instructors have the responsibility of setting up a secure and warm learning environment for their students. However, continual disruption from a student(s) will inhibit their ability to deliver the lesson/activity as planned. Parents will be notified of the problem and the situation. If the problem persists, the PTO reserves the right to dismiss the child from the program. No refund will be given.
