TMS ASEP Program Details:
Who is Eligible: Grades 5-8
When: September - December; Classes are held directly after school, see schedule below.
Please Note: You MUST be a current Closter PTO member to participate in TMS ASEP and please review ALL guidelines prior to registration.
Please check the dates and times of each class before signing up your child
NOTE: If you sign up for a class and do not have PTO membership for 2024-2025 your registration will be void.

Class Description & Schedule
REFUNDS/CLASS CANCELLATION:
- Refunds will only be given as a result of insufficient number of kids in a class. There is a 30 days processing period for the Closter PTO/Treasurers to issue the refund.
- Please have your child choose his/her classes carefully. Once registration closes, there will be NO refunds for cancellation due to any personal schedule change. And NO switching classes will be allowed.
CHARGEBACK POLICY:
If the Closter PTO will receive, for any reason, a dispute, claim and/or chargeback from your credit card issuer or any other payment method you use, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to suspend your account, thereby preventing any future transactions.
In the event of a chargeback placed by you with your credit card company (done intentionally or by mistake), we reserve the right to block your account. If there is no lawful reason for the chargeback (e.g. no legal right to a refund), your account will remain suspended, and no transactions will/can be processed through Membership Toolkit.
In the event your account is suspended, you will receive an email explaining the suspension.
