WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE HILLSIDE K-4 FALL 2023 ASEP LINEUP
FALL SESSION will run September 26 through December 18th
HES ASEP Program Details: The Closter PTO is excited to offer a 12 week after school enrichment program at Hillside Elementary School. We offer a Fall and Winter program each year.
Who is Eligible: Kindergarten through fourth grade Hillside students can choose from a variety of fun, engaging, hands on programs
What Programs We Offer: We utilize our talented Hillside teachers as well as reputable local vendors such as Challenge Island, Tiger Kim, HealthBarn USA, Garden Arts, to name just a few.
Where: Children will walk from their classroom directly to the gym where paras will have them lined up by their ASEP class. Kindergarten students will be escorted to the gym by a para.
When: SEPT 26 - DEC 18.
Classes are held directly after school on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:20-4:25pm
Please Note:
You MUST be a current Closter PTO member to participate in HES ASEP
Please review ALL guidelines prior to registration
NOTE: If you sign up for a class and do not have PTO membership for 2023-2024 your registration will be void.
REFUNDS/CLASS CANCELLATION:
- Refunds will only be given as a result of insufficient or wrong grade enrollment.
- Please have your child choose his/her classes carefully. Once registration closes, there will be NO refunds for cancellation due to any personal schedule change. And NO switching classes will be allowed.
***No exceptions will be made and we appreciate your cooperation ***
